These are some of my favorite things to bake. It’s quite simple as it is just plums with some sugar and spices paired with a special dough recipe I learned from my grandma. It is great for breakfast and it pairs really well with some ice cream for desert.

My mom actually came up with this one. They are little cupcake sized cheesecakes with a pistachio crust. We made them a little special by making them key lime flavored.
